1. Number of children. Childcare ratios are the single biggest driver. We staff to safe, EYFS-aligned ratios based on the ages of the children attending, so more children (or younger children) means more qualified staff.
2. Ages of the children. Babies and toddlers require closer supervision and lower staff-to-child ratios than school-age children, which affects how many team members we bring.
3. Duration of cover. A three-hour wedding ceremony slot costs less than a full-day conference crèche running from breakfast to close. We can quote by the hour, half-day or full day.
