With backgrounds in nurseries, private HNW families, hotels, children’s clubs, events, yachts and boats, our practitioners are confident caring for children in a wide range of environments.

Every team member is carefully selected for their experience, professionalism and genuine passion for children, providing a warm, safe and engaging experience for every child and complete peace of mind for parents.

We look after children in the guest's own room or suite, in the evening or during the day. Bookings can come through your concierge or directly from the guest, and we keep your team informed either way. We care for children from babies up to twelve years old. Our staff bring their own books, crafts and quiet games with them, and they leave the room exactly as they found it.

Hotels and their guests can enjoy complete peace of mind, knowing their children are cared for by qualified, carefully vetted and experienced professionals.

If you have a room we can use, we will set it up and staff it as a supervised children's space. Some hotels run this as a regular amenity through the school holidays and busy weekends, and others ask for it around a particular occasion such as a wedding block or a conference. We bring all the equipment and take it away again afterwards, and we risk-assess the space before the first session.

​Hotel guests often ask for trusted childcare at short notice — whether they want a quiet dinner, time to relax, or need childcare while attending meetings.

Without a trusted provider, concierge teams may have to recommend someone they cannot fully guarantee or turn the request down.

We employ and manage our own staff, carry appropriate insurance, and complete our own risk assessments — giving your team and your guests peace of mind from the moment they book.

We take children out for the day so that parents can get on with their meetings or have some time to themselves. We plan each outing around the child's age and the family's schedule, choosing museums, parks and galleries that suit them.

Every outing goes out with at least two of our staff, a written itinerary agreed with the parent beforehand, signed consent and live location updates throughout the day. We do not leave the building unless all four are in place.
