How to make

  • Assemble the bowls with the salad greens, pepper, cheese, ham, radishes, tomatoes, the small cucumber and soft-boiled eggs. 

  • Drizzle the bowls with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 

  • Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • a handful of salad greens

  • 1 medium slice of cheese and

  • 1 slice of ham

  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced

  • 2 small tomatoes, sliced into wedges

  • 1 small cucumber

  • 2 medium pepper

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 2 soft boiled eggs

  • extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzle

  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
