How to make
Assemble the bowls with the salad greens, pepper, cheese, ham, radishes, tomatoes, the small cucumber and soft-boiled eggs.
Drizzle the bowls with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

a handful of salad greens
1 medium slice of cheese and
1 slice of ham
4 radishes, thinly sliced
2 small tomatoes, sliced into wedges
1 small cucumber
2 medium pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 soft boiled eggs
extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzle
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
