Organise a family targeted corporate event for your business
Whilst the majority of corporate events are likely to be targeted at business clients or should we say, adult clients, some industries and some companies have a much younger target audience. Here at Jumping Stars we recently worked with a luxury travel agency for one of their corporate events.
Rather than trying to attract adults only to showcase their service. They wanted to encourage families to attend, after all, they were promoting a family holiday. With this in mind, they decided that one great way to encourage those with children to come and learn more, it was to provide a family-friendly environment, made by us.
Enter Jumping Stars
This is why they got in touch with us here at Jumping Stars. They decided that they wanted to offer a play area for any children that were brought to the show. I worked with them to decide exactly what this play area would include, and as they wanted it to appeal from babies right up to 12 years old, I knew that I needed to give it some careful thought.
We decided that the best thing to do would be to separate the play area from a quiet area where the little babies could rest and get some sleep. Away from them was the play area. In order to keep this variety of ages happy and entertained, we set up a variety of different activities. This includes arts, crafts, face painting, bubble show, dance routines, sand and playdough too.
The kids were entertained and they had a great time. The parents, well they could head off into the event, exploring the show and learning more about what our clients had to offer them and their family.
